Added: /park system
Park System - Using the cmd /park will be now on the located parking area's only, beside houses and other places. This will be implemented to prevent powergaming, carparking and any server rule break that related in this system.

- Sketched details:
- - Username : We will implement a new account system, 1 log-in name with three(3) allowable in game personalities. ( Username - In game name -> Wittzi - Ian_Lavadia / Jake_Snow / Thomas_Edison )
- Ban ( Command tweak ) : Changes will improve the banning system rendering it to be automated. New command syntax will be observed.
- Message of the day : A message pop up box will be presented everytime you logged in. It contains various announcements such as updates, upcoming events.
- Weapon weight system : Each player are not allowed to carry all set of weapons so we will be observing weight system. Total of 10 kg ( Kilo gram ) of weapon's weight will be considered allowable, also increasing the weight being carried will decrease the movement speed of a player [ Proposal ].
